My Story

Sitting in the waiting room, surrounded by outdated magazines, books aimed at females, and pamphlets on various medical topics, I realised there was a glaring absence: there was nothing addressing male fertility. As someone about to navigate this very journey, I found the lack of resources disheartening. However, instead of succumbing to frustration, I decided to take matters into my own hands. Armed with my experiences, emotions, and a desire to fill the void, I embarked on a personal project. I began jotting down my thoughts, struggles, and triumphs, eventually culminating in the creation of my own book - My Boys Can't Swim. This book not only chronicled my journey but also aimed to provide solace, guidance, and empowerment to others facing similar challenges. It became a testament to the strength found in vulnerability and the power of sharing one's story. Sitting in that waiting room, I realised that sometimes, you have to create the book you wish to read. As I call it "The arm around the shoulder".
